Nicarus evaluated the digital infrastructure for its communication strategy and added new software. The agency uses tools to monitor, track and analyze Pfalzwerke’s PR and social media activities – from print and online media publications to the company blog and social media channels. The real-time data is available to the entire communication team for their daily work. Next, Pfalzwerke and Nicarus derive recommendations for action in communications from the collected and analyzed data.
