A strong new image

Since early 2025, Nicarus has been supporting SRH YourService in its communications reorientation. Together with the internal marketing team, we launched a comprehensive project in just a few months: a new website, social media communications, employer branding measures and a redesigned employee magazine. Our goal: to sharpen the brand identity, show the people behind the services – and make the company’s attitude visible.

SRH YourService: Service with attitude
SRH YourService is part of SRH, one of the largest education and healthcare companies in Germany, which generates a turnover of 1.5 billion euros with 17,000 employees at 80 locations. More than 1,200 SRH YourService employees work in the areas of catering & hospitality, cleaning & services, and building & technology at 16 locations throughout Germany. By reliably providing tailor-made services for SRH Holding facilities and external customers, they can focus on their core business.

Its particular strength: its dedicated team. SRH YourService stands for quality, innovation, humanity and proximity. With the new brand identity, we worked together to make this attitude visible to the outside world.

Website: creating orientation, showing people
The focus of the project was on building the website. In close cooperation with the marketing department at SRH YourService, we developed a new page structure that is consistently geared towards the needs of the target groups – whether potential clients, applicants or employees. The new site impresses with its clear user guidance, concise content and authentic imagery. Instead of interchangeable stock images, SRH YourService shows its own employees at their real places of work – authentic, likeable and approachable. These images not only convey the reality of the work, but also pride, team spirit and identification.

Stories from everyday working life
The aim of the numerous success stories is to create visibility, provide insights and appeal to potential applicants. Short posts on social media and longer success stories on the website show what makes working at SRH YourService special – through approachable portraits, quotes and little glimpses behind the scenes.

Employer branding & internal communication design
In addition to external communication, internal communication is also being strengthened. Together with the marketing team, the employee magazine ‘Teampost’ was redesigned and restructured. The print edition summarises news and employee information and is becoming a valuable medium for everyone who ensures that everything runs smoothly on a daily basis.

In the area of employer branding, too, the website and social media are being used to create momentum – with the aim of creating a consistent, credible image that appeals to potential skilled workers and at the same time strengthens the loyalty of existing teams.
