Together with Nicarus, PTA initiated a PR campaign to anchor the specially developed digital video consultation assistant NEXOVI in the market, to increase its awareness and to gain leads. For this purpose, we placed the lighthouse project of BKK Pfalz in the opinion market via press releases, a user report and accompanying social media communication. The response was great, as BKK Pfalz is the first statutory health insurance company to use a digital video avatar for the complex process of care counselling. As part of the campaign, we achieved over 60 clippings with a reach of 1,116,535 readers and online over 2.1 million UVPM daily (unique visitors per month) at peak.
