Job branding is created along the candidate journey – from orientation to application. For us as an employer branding agency, the most important question in the entire consulting project was: How do you make a profession that everyone knows so attractive that even those who have already ruled out the teaching profession for themselves will consider it? The answer: we expand the target group to the maximum and start with strategically planned infotainment videos on YouTube exactly where nobody expects “advertising”; namely subtly and yet stringently up to the application phase. As part of a comprehensive consultation, we developed a content marketing and user guidance concept that inspires potential teachers with informative and inspiring insights into the teaching profession in Hesse and actively supports them in their choice of study.
